" I am very unhappy with Europcar rental, We had booked a Mercedes A class car as we needed to go to a funeral, we were informed that the car was not available and that we could get a smaller car or upgrade for a higher fee, which we then paid as we needed a black car for the funeral and the others were white. On the way to the car we upgraded to we saw that there was a mercedes A class ready to be rented out and we were very disappointed and felt cheated as we were a little delayed we just decided to go on with our trip as well as we were full of sorrow dou to the death of a family member. "
