" To Avis /Budget! I can at most give you 7 out of 10! The reason for that is: As you can see from the attached voucher from Auto Europe, it says that your Office is in Arrivals Lounge...but it was NOT!...it is situated around 500 meters OUTSIDE the airport in Park West...and it was very frustrating / stressing to find it...it took me half an hour to find it!? When I returned the car it was again frustrating / stressing because the fuel-meter / the needle was not functioning ok!? I filled the tank near the airport, but the fuel-meter showed only around 7/8 of FULL...and of bad experience I know, that this would result in me paying you the € 100, which you blocked me for fuel from the start...so I tried to fill some more petrol in the tank in the next tankstation...hoping that the fuel-meter will go to FULL. It did NOT after 2-3 more liters forced into the tank!? The needle was stocked at 7/8 of FULL...shit! I told your Avis/Budget-man , who serviced me at the return of the car...and Thank God he told me that the needle in the fuel-meter in a Citroën C3 often get stucked! It would have been very Nice to know from the very start! At last I think, that a blocking amount of € 1.500 (+ € 100 for missing fuel) is quite HIGH! I have used Auto Europe for around 30 years and tried many car rental brands, but the blocked amount NEVER exceeds € 800. Kind regards Peter Harder "
