" The insurance covering the car rent states that the insurance doesn?t cover if the vehicle has been driven on non-asphalt roads. Yet in order to get the car you?ll have to drive on a very narrow dirt road to get the little shed that is ABC office. It felt insecure as a woman getting into a car with a male stranger who takes you off-road to a small secluded house/shed. Second, when checking the car for dents and damages before getting the car ABC missed three big dents and it felt as if it was on purpose in order to claim these dents as new when returning the car. It felt very insecure. I suggest ABC uses the dent check papers from the last customer as the starting point for the new customer. That way you know they won?t try to cheat you. "

Blev afkrævet et slag Ferry-Fee forsikringsbeløb på 31,25 Euro på grund af at vi skulle med færgen fra Split til øen Solta, Jeg argumenterede for at såvel bilen som færgen jo var forsikret i fonvejren og forstod/forstår ikke opkrævningen af et sådant beløb, men var nød til at betale. Har også betalt Euro 50,00 for Old driver fee dette var OK da jeg var informeret om dette i forvejen, Jeg har lejet biler undt omkring i hele verden men har aldrig før mødt begrebet " Ferry-Fee " grundet at bilen skal ombord på en bil-færge. "
